Process Multiple Acknowledgment Letters Based on Donation Type
One of the most requested features has been the ability to use multiple acknowledgment letters for different donations. You can now do exactly that using our new Batch Codes feature. This feature is aimed at the larger organizations who have multiple forms of donations and multiple donation acknowledgment letters based upon the type of donation. However, it can be utilized by any organization who wishes to have precisely targeted letters.
When entering donations, simply assign a "batch code" to each donation using the drop down box. This batch code can then be used in the Donation Acknowledgment printing process so that you can select a specific batch of donations to associate with a specific donation letter. The process is easy, quick, and very efficient. Donations can be entered in any order or at different times in this hassle-free process.
The best part about the new process is that it can all be done from within DonorSnap. You need not export data out to perform separate mail merges. This batch code is also available with our Excel Import tool. You can now import large batches of donations and have DonorSnap help you easily assign proper batch codes for appropriate letter printing.
