Create forms for your website or email campaign that automatically update your DonorSnap database! Using the simple form builder, you can create forms for change of address, volunteer sign-ups, event registrations and more. All submissions are sent to the "sandbox" for you to review before being added to your database. This way you make sure that only valid data is imported.
But wait, there's more -- Online Donations are live too! Add a simple "Donate Now" page or create an event registration form that also collects payment. These donations and interactions will be automatically added to your database after review. No more having to manually enter or use excel import to get your PayPal donations into DonorSnap.
Online forms will be activated for all sites after the training webinars are complete on June 26th. At that point, turn on access for your users by going to Maintenance > User Setup to show the online forms menu.

Some of your organizations may use a fiscal year instead of a calendar year for your accounting. If you use June 30th as your year end, you will need to make sure you change it to June 30, 2013 to ensure that your system fields of DonationAmountYTD and DonationAmountPriorYear are calculating correctly.
To update the year end date, log in to your site and navigate to Maintenance > Site Setup. From there choose the Additional Site Options tab. At the bottom of the screen there is a button that says "Change Additional Site Options". Click it and update accordingly.

Ever wish that you could sort your drop down fields in a way other than alphabetically? Maybe you have wanted to keep track of t-shirt sizes and L, M, S, XL just doesn't cut it. This may have been easy enough to ignore when you were the only one looking at it, but for your new online forms, that's just not going to cut it. Introducing the new lookups sort order.
Now when you edit any drop-down field in DonorSnap (Maintenance/Site-Setup), click the button titled "Set Sort Order" to rearrange your items. Drag and drop the lookups for that field in the order you want, click save, and you're all set. These changes will be displayed on your Page Display/Edit screens as well as your online forms.
