A Few Additions You May Not Have Noticed

  1. EnteredBy, LastUpdatedBy, LastUpdated - Now you can keep track of who adds or updates any record in your database, just like you previously have with the tickler. Pull these new fields into your grid layout in order to see them. These fields are based on the "Display Name" field located in user setup. (*These fields will be available beginning 4/4/2011*)
  2. Campaign Status - Now you can filter your campaign reports by campaign status. View it under Reports > Fund Development Analysis > Fund Raising by Campaign.
  3. Default Acknowledged, Accounting Code, and Anonymous - Set defaults for individual contacts right on the main contact screen. When entering a donation, the default setting will automatically apply.
  4. Automatic Donation Amounts - Use the new automatically calculated fields "Year to Date (YTD) Donation Amount" "Lifetime to Date (LTD) Donation Amount" "Max Donation Amount" "Max Donation Date" "Prior Year Donation Amount" by adjusting your screen layouts under site setup.
