Have you noticed some of the recently added features found under Site Setup > Additional Site Options?

Learn how to change the "Label Line" fields to avoid blank lines when processing your acknowledgement letters. You also have the ability to convert the email field to an active link that will open a new email in your computer's default email program. This feature works with offline programs such as Outlook, Thunderbird, and Entourage. Another addition is the option to set a default sorting for your main listing grid.
