Tutorial: Mass Update Existing Contact Information

There are many situations where you may add a new category of data that you would like to track. The problem is, there's already hundreds or thousands of contacts in your database. Sure you could go in and manually add the correct field for each contact in your database, but that's not ideal. With Excel Import, you can update contact information for existing contacts. It's as easy as export to Excel, make your changes in the spreadsheet and then import back in.

It has been more than six months since we released our integration with Constant Contact and we have received some wonderful feedback on it. Almost 25% of all users have taken advantage of this time-saving feature and use Constant Contact to reach out to their entire contact base.
