New Features Added

Global Payments Donations Received Report: (Found under the Online Forms menu)

For those of you using the integration with Accelerated Payments/Global Payments to collect online donations, we now have a report available that will export all of the information that is provided to us by Global Payments for any payments processed.

Password and Email Change: Home > User Settings

Previously, all password or email changes required an administrator with access to User Setup to change. Now any user can change their password and email on file by navigating to Home > User Settings and clicking on the Password/Email Change tab.

Browser Compatibility Issues Resolved

Firefox for Mac dropdown issue: Fixed

In a recent change to Firefox, Mac users found that dropdown fields stopped working properly. We have made some changes to the system to resolve the browser issue. Dropdown fields should now work for all browsers. If you are still experiencing any problems with these fields, please email the support team at

Internet Explorer 9 compatibility mode: Fixed

Online forms previously required compatibility view enabled for all IE9 users. We have made some updates to the system to address this issue. IE9 users can now use online forms with compatibility view disabled and all buttons will work correctly. If you are still experiencing any problems with IE9 requiring compatibility mode, please email the support team at
