The Documents tab allows you to upload documents to save within a Contact’s record such grant proposals, grant applications, volunteer release forms, etc. PDF, Word, Excel, and image files are all allowed.

Upload files up to a maximum size of 30MB per file. Uploading a file with the same name as an existing file will overwrite the existing file.

After making any changes (including deleting a file) you must click the Save Changes button before leaving the page.

To add a description about the file, click the space in the Comment column.

Prohibited Types of Documents

  • Copies of checks showing the account numbers
  • Drivers licenses, social security cards, or passports
  • Photos of credit cards or other secure financial information
  • Illegal or illicit information
  • Pornographic material
  • Copies of copyrighted materials
