The Notes report will list all notes for your contacts based on the Note Type selected within the provided date-range.

Remember that the Notes will auto-generate with Mass Emailed Campaigns and Contact Merges. Take those out of the Note Type selection if you do not want to view them on the report.

Export to Excel will provide the same information, as well as Contact information such as Address, Phone, in spreadsheet form.
